
DOMINIC D'ANDREA
Dominic D’Andrea is the creator of The One-Minute Play Festival, which has been produced all over the country with theatres like Victory Gardens, East LA Rep, New Brunswick Theatre Festival, The Playwrights Foundation, Primary Stages, HERE Arts Center, and others. He has commissioned & produced more than 600 play by 250 playwrights including: Michael John Garces, Migdalia Cruz, Lisa Loomer, Erik Ehn, Kristoffer Diaz, Rajiv Joseph, Richard Dresser, Elizabeth Meriwether, Lloyd Suh, Caridad Svich, Bathsehba Doran, Qui Nguyen, among others. He is a regular director for programming at the Lark Play Development Center (since 2005), & Brooklyn’s Brick Theater. He has directed new plays for EST (resident director 2005), Primary Stages, The Public Theater, MCC Youth Theatre Co., Prospect Theatre, INTAR, Center Stage NY, Rattlestick Playwrights Theater, HERE Arts Center, The Abingdon Theatre, The Asian American Theatre Festival, Astoria Performing Arts Center, and more. He has also assisted on B’way, and major regional theatres for various directors and playwrights. Dominic has held various national fellowships and residencies.
