Build Your Book: The Contemporary Monologue

The right monologue is the key to showcasing your abilities as an artist. Too often, though, actors choose the wrong material and undermine their own success. This 5-week class will help you unearth those rare yet essential monologues that are both compelling to watch and best suited to you. You will find and polish three pieces over five weeks, receiving feedback and coaching to refine your acting skills and build your confidence in this highly nuanced medium. By the end of this class, you will be well on your way to having a comprehensive monologue repertoire that truly captures your talent, presence, and individuality.
