This 2-day intensive writing workshop will focus on starting a play, from the development of story ideas to the early stages of structure. You may come in with anything from a preliminary idea to the beginning of a play. Through in-class exercises, you will generate subject ideas and continue to examine the world of your story as it begins to take shape. This class will explore an intuitive approach to dramatic structure, inspiring an organic writing process led by ideas and imagination.
