Stefanie Zadravec

Stefanie Zadravec is an alumni resident at New Dramatists, The Playwrights Center in Minneapolis Core Writers, WP Theater Lab, and Keen Company Lab. Her plays include Colony Collapse (Theatre @ Boston Court & LA Times Critics Pick, Helen Merrill Award, Kilroys List); The Electric Baby (Francesca Primus Prize, and over 30 productions including Two River Theater and Quantum Theater); Honey Brown Eyes (Theater J, Working Theatre, SF Playhouse - Helen Hayes Award). Current projects include Tiny Houses (Thom Thomas Award, Women’s Project Commission, JAWfest, TheaterWorks New Works Fest); Tomorrow Will Take Care Of Itself (NYU Tisch Joint Stock Commission, Georgetown University Crossing Borders Festival); and The Boat (Working Theater Commission). Honors include Fellowships from The Lark, NYFA, Playwrights Realm, The Dramatists Guild, Sewanee Writers Conference, and Edgerton Foundation, and Sustainable Arts Foundation and Women in Arts & Media Awards. Her plays have received developmental support from The Ford Foundation, NEA, The Mellon Foundation, NYSCA, SPACE on Ryder Farm, The Lark, Kennedy Center, Oregon Shakespeare Festival, NY Stage & Film, PlayPenn, Brave New World Theater, JAWfest, and New Dramatists.
